Postage

We ship our standard retail orders using Royal Mail.  Outside the UK, Royal Mail will transfer the shipment to one of its trusted international partners. We ship orders every Tuesday and Friday at midday (except public holidays).

 

The postage and packaging charge we pass to you, the customer, is the cost Royal Mail charge us for shipping (according to the total weight of the shipment) plus a flat rate of £0.30 to cover packaging.  In the UK, we use Royal Mail 2nd class small parcels to send our orders.  The current UK postage price for parcels weighing 2kg or less is £3.35 (N.B. it is  the same price for 1kg). Adding in our £0.30 packaging fee makes a total of £3.65 postage and packaging.

 

Should you require tracking with your order this will be at extra cost, depending on the weight of your order and the destination. In this case you will need to contact us by phone or email for a quote and payment options.

 

UK orders over 2kg may split into multiple consignments as this is cheaper than sending a single consignment over 2kg.

 

For orders over 4kg a special order using a courier may be more cost effective, so please contact us for a personalised quote so that we can hunt for the best value shipping option for you.  (The website will not process orders that exceed 4kg for this very reason.)

 

For customers outside the UK, Royal Mail International Standard postage is calculated in increments of 250g, here is a link to the current Royal Mail price guide (PDF document). Handling fee is included in the final postage amount which is determined by weight and country. Our delivery charges are updated periodically in line with Royal Mail price changes. For European orders in Zones 1, 2 & 3 or World Zone 1, 2 & 3 over 2kg please contact us for a personalised quote so that we can hunt for the best value shipping option for you.  (The website will not process international orders that exceed these weight limits.)

 

Our delivery fee is calculated based on the total weight of your order.  For your reference, a bottle of PAKUA™ lotion weighs 178g, a bottle of PAKUA™ cream weighs 136g, and a bar of PAKUA™ Soap weighs 172g.
